Welcome To G&S Singers!
A choir of mixed voices and mixed ages, who come together weekly to rehearse a variety of music in a friendly and fun environment. The group has a long standing affiliation with Gilbert & Sullivan but has broadened its horizons in recent years.
Join Us
We are always eager to recruit new members to our friendly group. Come along to one of our rehearsals. There is no obligation to join immediately, only to have a good time, sing your heart out and make new friends. Some of us are original members, others are brand new. There is a place for everyone.
Our History
We have a long history dating back to 1954, starting out as the Great Yarmouth Gilbert & Sullivan Society and are we really proud of our beginnings. We now like to think of ourselves as the Gold & Silver Singers, keeping our G&S identity while continuing to move with the times.
Pop Along
We rehearse every Tuesday evening between 7:30-9:30pm, at Magdalen Way Methodist Church, Gorleston NR31 7DB. Get in contact with us and pop along.
